With the development and enhancement of technology and its use in Medical Sciences sophisticated healthcare facilities can be made available but at a cost. With the new government propagating the policy of Public-Private Partnerships, there can be substantial development in Medical facilities and healthcare facilities by synergizing the resources of both, the private sector and the government/Public sector.

Moreover the Healthcare Industry, being a sunrise sector, has a host of managerial issues to deal with, the major area being the availability of adequate manpower and training of the same.
